The under 9s traveled to Men's Own RFC on Sunday where they played 2 games against the hosts. Unfortunately we did not play to our full potential and were beaten in both games.
The matches have highlighted some areas to work on in training next Sunday.
On Sunday morning our under 10s travelled to Men’s Own rugby club. We started slowly and stayed that way for both games, apart from the last 5 mins of the second game. Our man of the match was Harry W.
This Sunday, the U12s travelled to their furthest away fixture ever, to play against Birmingham & Solihull Bees.
After the recent cold and wet weather it was nice to play in some bright (albeit windy) conditions. The pitches were in decent condition and hopes were high for some good Rugby.... The boys did not disappoint!
Two very evenly matched sides, who were desperate to show off their handling skills, battled hard over 4 x10 mins matches with S&L coming out on top, 5 tries to 3.
A great effort all round and a huge thank you to everyone at B&S Bees for their hospitality and warm welcome. We all really enjoyed the Rugby and look forward to seeing you at Occupation Road in the New Year.
