S&L 1stXV and DevXV welcome Bugbrooke RFC to Occupation road in the opening game of the new season.
With 2 games at home this Saturday, we couldn't of asked for a better ocassion and opportunity to lay down our marker on the league. It has been a long but successful pre season and the guys are well prepared and are chomping at the bit to get going.
Speaking with Club Captain, Greig Cook, he says: "After a long pre-season, it will be good just to get the season underway. We have had a very productive preseason where the lads have worked hard plus a couple of promising performances in the warm-up fixtures."
He Continues: "....the real test is this Saturday where we have to treat it like a cup final of sorts, as it will set the tone for the games that follow."
Kick off is 3pm, so make sure you come down, show your support and be the 16th man!
