S&L RFC brings you LIVE HIIT Sessions!
As we can’t currently get together to keep fit and practice our Rugby skills, our Under 11s coaches have stepped up to bring you Live HIIT sessions and some skill videos for you to try at home. All of the HIIT sessions and skill videos are suitable for all Mini & Junior age groups, aswell as adults to take part in with their children.
Nathan Hand and Paul Rodgers will be taking the HIIT sessions which will be available LIVE through the Zoom app every Tuesday at 6:30pm and Sunday 10am. We will share the link to this a couple of hours before the event so keep an eye out across our online accounts every Tuesday and Sunday.
We will also be sharing Rugby skills videos on our You Tube page which we will link to here and on our social media as they go live.
If you choose to video or photograph yourselves taking part in any of the shared sessions, please do tag us and use the hashtag #sandlkeepfit. We want to see as many of you as possible making use of this time in isolation to keep fit and your skills sharp so you’re ready to go when we can finally meet again!
So what do you need to do to get involved? Search for and download the FREE “Zoom Cloud Meetings” app on either your phone, tablet or laptop. Then create your FREE account and wait for us to post the link. Once you hit the link you will be in the Live “room” ready to take part in the HIIT Session. The first session will start tomorrow at 6:30pm so make sure you follow, like and subscribe across all of our channels so your notified when we go LIVE.
