From the opening whistle, S&L played with the confidence of champions. The attacking play was fluid and relentless, while the defensive line remained an unbreakable wall, ensuring they finished their final league fixture with a prestigious clean sheet. While the attacking flair was on full display, the hallmark of this team has been their organization. Peterborough pushed hard throughout the game, but the S&L defensive grit—which has been a constant throughout this undefeated run—refused to buckle.
