For the last 6 weeks of this unprecedented lockdown, our Under 11 Coaches have stepped up to bring you 2 HIIT Sessions a week as well as skills sessions. These were aimed at the Mini & Junior ages but were suitable for everyone to take part in. We want to thank them for their brilliant efforts and for keeping everyone fit & healthy as well as giving the children something to do whilst stuck inside.
As a thank you to all the boys & girls that took part, they've organised a raffle for the last 2 sessions, with everyone who joined being entered into a draw. They had 2 runner up prizes of S&L Training tops and a Grand Prize of 2 Northampton Saints tickets. We would like to thank Tom & Zoe Manson from Zest Associates for sponsoring the program so that we could bring you these prizes.
